New Second Life Avatar!

The Predalien, a.k.a. Alien Ravager is now available!

New Model

Here's a work-in-progress image of my newest model, soon to be my third (or forth) Second Life avatar.

3D Modeling class

Starting my computer modeling class today, in fact I'm posting this from one of the lab computers. We've run into some technical difficulties already, but I expect we'll be up and running soon.

I'll update the post when I get out.

Well the session went about as the professor expected; he said that in the 2 or 3 years of the program the first session never proceeded as expected.

We wont be doing organic modeling until the next class (3D II) So we'll be doing geometric objects instead (vehicles / weapons / objects / etc.)

I'm looking forward to the rest of this class.

Here's the finished Predalien sculpt with the textures applied. The dreads and tail will be added in Second Life.
